Straight-forward, no-nonsense, ready-to-work and complete your project(s). Knowledge to perform all residential trades and many commercial trades or manage entire project(s) from conception to turn-key completion. On-site problem-solver/scheduler/planner of all work and first to arrive/last to leave. You know no assumptions will be made by me and will ask should the need arise. Otherwise, you are doing what you do while I have the privilege to build some really cool stuff. Mixing building/mechanical/electrical into creative projects is fun. Walking on a 3 1/2" wide board/beam way up high gives me a sense of peace while inspecting builds. Wiring "tricky" projects is simple and would enjoy more challenging projects...such as an icon placed upon our phone that opens a program which allows us to rearrange our home...walls. Years of building or repairing homes mixed with managing commercial projects keeps me thankful constantly. And, constantly working. Fifteen years as a contractor and thirty as a handyman. I stay in shape by throwing a frisbee. (smile)
Thank you for the work. Such sincerity keeps me employed and very thankful. My thankfulness is accompanied with a need to constantly grow with knowledge. Performing the trades and managing the trades is somewhat simple. I enjoy doing both and believe by the time my body cannot perform such trades I will be developing land into cool projects. (My Work Skills) That has been my goal of many years. I also know a little luck is required because I choose to not be the business person (mostly) and rather just be the construction person. Such definitely requires a team..
Meanwhile, I will remodel/repair/build for existing and new customers. One at a time, privately reserved with respect towards privacy and peace. Projects afar require me to sleep local to preserve time with completing project(s). I am comfortable most anywhere. Traveling anywhere (USA) for project(s), many customers need only provide a proper advance notice with text or email stipulating time and place. (Existing customers wire funds) They know I will arrive and complete projects safely, quickly and with efficiency of a professional who enjoys the work. Hence the name, "Constructioneer Tony". Naturally working for multi-millionaires due to my low costs and solid professionalism for never disclosing private matters, it is indeed a joy to work amongst manners. Quite simple to share manners and I have learned over the years to prefer working for those who, "just want it done",,,,regardless of wealth. I look not to judge but rather remain grateful to not live a life of constant observation. Protecting integrity is constant. I work hard so I may eat, sleep and share joy with my children. Pretty cool to remain grateful while constantly aware that one day tomorrow will not come. May as well enjoy today to the best of my abilities and hope you do too.
Greatest work I could imagine is to build a town named, "Fun". To rebuild a Mother Nature damaged community with the community or perhaps exclusively working for special customers who have me fly here and there to build cool projects. To build creatively for one and to build ingeniously for many is what gives me drive. My children give me purpose. You have my thanks.
California Contractor Since 2002, Handyman since 1983
and more to those who know me. lol
Below shows a basic community I would like to build. Each numbered home costs $150K ($3M for twenty) to build, these homes face inwards and our "track" for runners, bikes, vehicles/et cetera is "outside". Private property with absolutely no restrictions. Property rights belong to investor(s) and homes are designed for convenience to a modern world. While others perform proper business practice to obtain owner/investors for this project, I continue doing what I do (building) and just have to share here. (My beginning of a town named, "Fun".)
ps. Watching Hallmark and Disney shows with my children over the years gave a lot of inspiration towards what can be accomplished. Garage doors opening sideways like a roll-top desk is nice. Building large rooms give room for creativity whereas small rooms are more a walk-in closet. Large and moving exterior walls allow for instant outside fresh air...rather than a wholehouse fan. Bathrooms like an automatic car wash... undress to laundry chute, walk-thru showers (no doors), walk-thru closet to home or bedroom. Kitchens and living space all open and joined...or walls that create cozy times by the flick of a switch. On and on we go...
Final note: Mountains are a superb natural source of acoustics. Every now and then I find a couple of mountains with me in the middle. Opening the truck doors listening to all sorts of music gives a great work environment. Classic country or Motown, Rock, Pop or the beat from Dr. Dre, music sounds awesome in a valley of mountains. It would be nice to build between two mountains (perhaps only a roof in-between) all the while enjoying the natural outdoor sounds and good music. Hear how all music sounds good inside a valley of mountains.
Waking daily like a kid in a candy store you now know me just a little bit more.Tony.lol
